1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been placed successfully.
Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or message to help you track your order in real-time.
2. Shipping Duration
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Areas: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on courier service availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
3. Shipping Charges
Free Shipping: On all prepaid orders above ₹999 (India only).
For orders below ₹999, a standard delivery charge may apply based on location and courier partner.
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders may include an additional handling fee.
4. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across India, using trusted courier partners such as BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post. International shipping is not available at the moment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp. You can use this link to check your order’s real-time status.
6. Delays or Issues
While we strive to deliver on time, sometimes delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If your order is delayed or undelivered beyond the expected time, please contact our support team for assistance.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing products, please report it within 24 hours of delivery along with:
Clear photographs or an unboxing video
Your order number and contact details
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as per our policy.
