At Jnny’s Nail Art Studio, we respect your time and ours. To maintain a smooth and organized booking system, we have outlined our appointment cancellation policy below.
1. Appointment Cancellations
Clients are requested to cancel or reschedule their appointments at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation charge or forfeiture of any booking fee (if applicable).
Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect your ability to pre-book future appointments.
2. No-Show Policy
If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, it will be marked as a no-show. In such cases, future bookings may require prepayment or non-refundable deposits to confirm the slot.
3. Late Arrival
Please arrive on time for your scheduled service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your slot may be given to another client, and the studio may not be able to accommodate your appointment.
4. Rescheduling
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Please contact your nearest branch or call us directly for rescheduling assistance.
