At Jnny’s Nail Art Studio, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure that every product and service meets your expectations.
Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase or booking a service.
Due to hygiene and safety standards, nail care and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
You received the wrong product
The product was damaged during shipping
The product is defective or expired at the time of delivery
To initiate a return, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos or an unboxing video.
Once your return is approved:
A replacement or refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method only.
Shipping or COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
Refunds will not be processed if:
The product has been used or damaged after delivery
The product is returned without original packaging or proof of purchase
The complaint is raised after 24 hours of delivery
Refunds for salon services are applicable only under genuine circumstances, such as:
A service was not provided as booked due to a studio error
A valid issue is reported immediately after the service completion
All refund decisions for services are made at the discretion of the Jnny’s Nail Art Studio management team.

Late cancellations or no-shows may not be eligible for a refund.
If your product arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it at MD@jnnysnailartstudio.in with:
Photos or unboxing video as proof
Order number and contact details
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
